If you purchase anything on-line, you may send it back, within 30 days, as long as it is in its original packaging condition, undamaged, unopened, and not used. Any and all shipping fees/charges are excluded and non-refundable and paid by the consumer/member/non-member/parent/guardian to receive or send back any product(s).
Requirement for shipping any and all packages for a refund, you must mail your package with insurance and in a traceable method to: SvenoFun-Request Refund, 8340 N. Thornydale #110-145. Tucson AZ 85741.  No reimbursement requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled. The general requirement is that SvenoFun must be able to verify and confirm your loss. All reimbursement requests must be sent by certified mail and received within 30 days, or you may e-mail your request and a confirmation number will be given, after your e-mail is received. You must receive a confirmation number within 30 days. Your request will be reviewed. After, 30 days, we will not provide reimbursement. By purchasing the on-line products, you agree, to all terms of these agreements/policies. If you change your mind and do not agree to all these terms, conditions, and agreements, please submit a request for a refund within 30 days of purchasing our products. SvenoFun will issue a refund, excluding any and all shipping charges.

Again, after 30 days, we will not provide reimbursement and/or refund.

SvenoFun makes available in the online store the option to select United States Postal Service(USPS) or United Parcel Service(UPS). The customer may select the shipper and method of delivery (air, ground and express) that best fits their needs. These shipping fees are added to the cost of SvenoFun products and by making appropriate selections, the customer agrees to pay these shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refunded in the case of a product return.
